A packet of required documents will also be mailed to the Fish & Wildlife Dept for their review in order to receive our hydrolic

permit. We received a bid from Island Rock & Water to build the bulkhead and soft-armoring for $53,000. We will be getting 2 more

bids. The landscapers bid for the plantings and labor was $3700. We will get 2 more bids for this, also. Charbonneau will also be

Facilities Manual

Our manual will be completed by the end of this month.

Tree removal

There are 2 dead fir trees in our park, a couple of trees along the beach road hill and 2 trees (and possibly more) located over one of

our main sewer lines @ Larsens that need to be cut down. Steve will get a bid for this work.

Also there are some tree branches hanging out over our roads that need trimming.

asked for a bid for the bulkhead/soft-armoring work. An irrigation system of some sort (garden hoses, etc) will be needed to water the

new plantings until they are established.

Rental restriction policy

We will need to draft a policy (a possible By-law vote) and have attorney review it. A future meeting will be scheduled.

Road Repairs

We inspected our road with Mike from Northern Asphalt and he has submitted a bid for $20,727.59. He did not raise his square foot

price from previous work done for us. The areas have been marked with bright pink paint. This will probably be scheduled sometime

in September after special assessment has been collected.

Sewer Plant upgrades

UV shed construction will be started soon. Steve will speak with Marty about re-coating our tanks and possibly replacing anodes. We

might need to use an excavator to dig and locate the anodes.

Water System

We will need to take inventory of each neighbors water meter to allow time

for purchasing and installation of any meters

missing in order to meet the

DOH

2017 compliance deadline of annual meter readings.

NEW BUSINESS

Illegal burning, including garbage. Any illegal burning noticed by anyone in

Dept, not the Board. Fines will be levied by the Fire Dept. for such illegal action.

New security system update

Steve will contact a company for the cost of a large security steel box.

Further investigation needed for new camera surveillance.

All system water flushing

An all-system water flush (including all fire hydrants) will occur sometime after the 4th of July weekend. Notices & emails will be

posted. Be sure to

turn on your outside faucet to clean out your line to your home after the flushing has been completed.

Theft

Al Hazelquist reported that his boat anchor, line and chain were stolen last week.

Speed Bump Rock

Approval given to the Thompsons to place a rock on the right-of-way beside
